PET RESCUES

At The Hometown Foundation Inc., we know that pets are family. That is why we are proud supporters of the animal welfare community. Through our initiatives to help animals in need, we have facilitated the adoption of hundreds of dogs and cats, donated hundreds of thousands of pounds pet food, litter, and medical supplies, helped transport animals out of disaster stricken areas, and so much more.

Beginning in 2012, we have been proud to host a pet adoption day at our signature Dream Ride Experience. Since its inception, dozens of animals have found loving homes through Dream Ride. The Dream Ride Experience pet adoption event brings together rescues from all over to foster a community of animal welfare advocates, and to find loving families for homeless pets.

The 2018 Dream Ride Experience was our most successful adoption event to date. For the first time we welcomed cat rescues to join our pet adoption event, and with more than 15 rescues in attendance we are proud to announce that more than 60 animals found their forever homes!

This year, the 2020 Dream Ride Experience is proud to welcome animal rescues on Saturday, August 22 and Sunday, August 23. Stop by our pet adoption tents from 10am-4pm on either day to meet your new best friend!
